Restarting the Online Ordering Integration App/Service
Some POS issues are resolved by restarting the online ordering integration app/service. This action allows the POS to refresh and send updates to our connector and the online ordering system.
- Click Start on left-bottom corner,
- Search for the application called Run, Type services.msc there, and click OK
- or Search for Services directly from the Start menu
- or use the Services icon on your desktop.
- Locate the Online Ordering POS Integration Service
- Click the Restart link
It usually takes 5-10 minutes for the update to process.
