Restarting the Online Ordering Integration App/Service

Some POS issues are resolved by restarting the online ordering integration app/service. This action allows the POS to refresh and send updates to our connector and the online ordering system.

  • Click Start on left-bottom corner,
  • Search for the application called Run, Type services.msc there, and click OK

  • or Search for Services directly from the Start menu
  • or use the Services icon on your desktop.

  • Locate the Online Ordering POS Integration Service

  • Click the Restart link

It usually takes 5-10 minutes for the update to process.
