What if I cannot see the items in my POS to map to?

You might add new items to your menu on occasion. When you do this, you will need to map those items in order for them to be properly sent to your POS system. 

If the item was newly added to your POS, you may not see it right away. In order for this item to show up as mappable, you will need to follow instructions for your particular POS.

Revel - Go to Settings > POS Settings. Then click the Refresh menu button on the left side of the page, toward the top. 

Micros - New items should show up within a few hours of being added to Micros. 

Focus - New items will need to be exported from Focus before they will show up in your Open Dining system.
