My menu says I'm "Not Accepting Orders"

Orders can only be placed when all of the following conditions are met:
 

  • The restaurant is currently open (see Hours of Operation)
  • Either Takeout or Delivery is enabled
  • The Accepting Orders checkbox under Restaurant Information / General Settings is checked


So if you're receiving this message:
 

  • Go to the Dashboard and select Restaurant Information
  • Ensure that either Takeout or Delivery is enabled
  • Ensure that Accepting Orders checkbox is enabled
  • Verify your Hours of Operation, and ensure that your restaurant is currently open


Updating Your Hours of Operation

 
  • From the Dashboard, click on Restaurant Information
  • Scroll down to the Hours of Operation section
  • Move the sliders to adjust your hours
  • Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save your changes


Updating Takeout & Delivery options

 
  • From the Dashboard, click on Restaurant Information
  • Adjust the Takeout and/or Delivery checkboxes
  • Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save your changes
