Verifying Your Account

Your account must be verified in order to process and receive payments.  In most cases, if there is a verification problem, you can still accept customer credit card payments, but payments will be held until verification is complete.


If there's a problem with your payment account, you will receive an email notification.  You'll also see alerts on the restaurant dashboard and payment settings pages.

Verifying Your Account

Generally, accounts fail verification for the following reasons:

  • Necessary account information is missing
  • Information was provided, but it could not be verified

If information is simply missing, you will be prompted to enter the missing information.  If all necessary information was provided, but verification failed, you will be prompted to verify and correct any incorrect information.

In some cases, we may need a scanned copy of an identity verification document, such as a passport or driver's license.
