Using One Bringg Account for Multiple Restaurants / Locations

If you provide delivery services for different restaurant locations from a single Bringg account, you will need to associate your Bringg company with each restaurant in the Open Dining system.  The following steps outline how to connect your Bringg account with multiple restaurants.

  1. Set up the first restaurant by going to Settings, then Courier Settings
    1. If you do not already have a Bringg account, enter your email address and create a password, then click Create My Bringg Account
    2. If you already have a Bringg account:
      1. Find your Company ID (It may be located on the Courier Settings page for an existing restaurant, but contact Bringg for help if you need to obtain this)
      2. Under "Already Have a Bringg Account" enter the Company ID, and click Use My Existing Bringg Account
  2. Once the first restaurant is set up, you will see the following message: "Your Bringg Company ID is XXXX."  (Where XXXX is your actual company ID number.)  Note this number for future use
  3. On the top-right menu, select the next restaurant that you want to set up
  4. On the top menu, go to Settings, then Courier Settings
  5. Under "Already Have a Bringg Account" enter the Company ID, and click Use My Existing Bringg Account
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each additional restaurant to configure

Note

We recommend placing at least one test order for each location, to ensure that the Bringg integration is properly configured.
