Paytronix Order & Delivery Tablet Application Overview
From a restaurant management standpoint, the Paytronix Order & Delivery tablet system has two main components:
The administrative management system
The tablet order management application
The tablet order management application is used to receive, confirm, and manage “live” orders as they are submitted by customers and fulfilled by your restaurant. You can think of it like the “front-end” component of your Point of Sale system: the part that the restaurant staff uses constantly during normal operation.
The administrative management system is a web-based application to manage your settings, menu, and most of your system configuration. You can think of it like the back-office/configuration component of your Point of Sale system*.
Most of you and your staff’s time will probably be spent using the tablet, but if you need to change your system configuration, manage your menu, or view reports, you will need to use the administrative back-office application.
*The Paytronix Order & Delivery tablet is not an actual Point of Sale system
