Setting Closed and Limited Hours for Holidays
Rather than having to remember to toggle ordering on and off manually around holidays, you can schedule specific holiday hours in advance.
Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Holiday Hours in your Paytronix Order & Delivery dashboard. Near the bottom of the page, you will see the Holiday Hours section. In the below example, we've set our restaurant to be closed on Monday, May 27th.
As shown, selecting a holiday will outline that day in red, indicating that the restaurant is set to be closed on that day. Clicking the same day again will remove the closed setting for that day.
Similarly, if your restaurant will be open on a holiday but for different hours (such as closing early), you might want to mark it on your site, especially if you allow advance ordering. You can do this the same way you set a day as closed, but instead of selecting Closed, just set the hours your restaurant will be open, as shown below.
Once you've chosen the day(s) you wish to set as closed or set limited hours, make sure to click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.
Don't forget: after the holiday, change your hours back to your normal open hours for that day.
