I can't log into my account

When attempting to log into your Open Dining account, you may receive the following message:

This could happen because:

  • Your email address has been entered incorrectly (or the wrong email address is being used).
  • Your password has been entered incorrectly.

If you can't log in:

  • First, try resetting your password via the Reset Password link on the login page. By entering and submitting your email address, you will receive an email with a password reset link
  • If you are still unable to log in, contact our support team at help@opendining.net and we'll be happy to assist. Be sure to provide your login email address and your full restaurant name
