Not Receiving Orders
If you have an issue and are not receiving order notifications, follow these steps

Verify your restaurant can accept orders. Select Restaurant Information from the Account Dashboard, and verify if the Accepting Orders checkbox is enabled, plus either the Takeout or Delivery checkbox is enabled.

Place a test order through your website. For simplicity, it's best to test a takeout/cash order (because all you are testing is that your restaurant is being notified of food orders).
Verify how you are notified. Select Receiving Orders from your Account Dashboard. Double check the phone/fax number has been entered properly, or the email address is spelled correctly. We always recommend two methods of order notification anyway - as a backup system.
