Rejecting Orders

When confirming an order, it may be necessary to completely reject an order.  This should only be done when absolutely necessary.

  • On the Pending Confirmation list, select the order you want to reject

  • The order’s details will load

  • On the bottom toolbar, tap Reject

  • The Reject Order screen will load

  • Under Reason for Rejection, select a rejection reason

  • Tap Reject Order to reject the order
