How to Sync Menus from one Location to Another
When menus are the same across multiple locations, if the locations are tied together in a "merchant," you can sync menus. This makes it so when you have menu changes, you can make changes to one location's menu and then "sync" it across to the other menus instead of making the same changes manually in multiple places.
What is the difference between a sync and a copy?
Syncing menus is typically better than copying menus because it keeps the menu id intact and, therefore, does not break repeating past orders. Here are the steps you follow to sync a menu:
1. Go to the merchant page. This can be done by clicking on the Merchant link on the top-right corner of the screen, next to the restaurant name:

2. On the merchant page, click Menu > Sync Menus:

3. From the dropdown, select the location that has the updated menu. This is the one that will "sync" over to all the other locations in the list:

4. Click Select all, if you want to sync the menu over to all the other locations under that Merchant, and if you want to sync the disabled items, check Synchronize Disabled Items as well.
5. If you want the sync to happen now, skip to step 6. If you want to schedule the menu sync to happen in a future date or later on that day, you can do that by specifying that on the Schedule on section.

6. Click the "Synchronize Menus" button.
7. Wait for the success message to appear at the top of the page:

Congratulations. You are done!
