Restricted Access Admin Accounts
You can restrict admins on your restaurant to only have certain sections of the dashboard be available to them.
Steps
- In your Paytronix Order & Delivery dashboard, go to Settings > Manage Admins
- Under the Add a User section, add the email address of the person you wish to make an admin, and (optionally) a first and last name
- Click the Submit button
- You will now see the email address you entered listed under the Users section of the Manage Admins page
- Check the Restricted Access? checkbox next to the the email address of the admin you just created (checking/unchecking this box will automatically save the setting; no need to click the Submit button after toggling this setting)
- Now, when [email protected] logs into the Paytronix Order & Delivery dashboard, they will have access to only the the following menubar options:
- Menu
- Orders
- Settings > General Settings
- Settings > Coupons
- All Reports
Restricted accounts cannot be modified to add, remove, or otherwise change access to dashboard items.
