Firewall Settings

If you're having issues with connecting to the POS Connector app (either for POS integration or print capability) or the Aldelo Integration app, you may be blocking HTTPS outbound traffic via a firewall. The firewall might be on the actual computer, or managed at the network level. You would need to make several exceptions in your firewall configuration for the following resources:

You would also need to ensure that SSL (port 443) is open on your firewall.

These exceptions will let the app communicate with our systems and the Amazon cloud queues to properly receive orders.
