Configuring Your WorldPay US Gateway

Note

This article is for US-based merchants using WorldPay.  For international merchants using WorldPay, a different interface is used.

Configuration

To configure WorldPay US, the following values are needed:

  • Acct ID
  • Sub ID
  • Merchant PIN

Please take the following steps to find the values to configure your gateway:

  1. Log into WorldPay: https://merchants.worldpay.us/admin/login.taf
  2. Your Acct ID will be at the top of the page, next to "ACCT ID."  It will usually be 5 characters long.
  3. Your Sub ID will be in a dropdown on the top of the page.
  4. On the side navigation, go to FRISK (TM) Management, then Configure Options
  5. Under API Controls, go to Merchant PIN and click Edit
  6. Select Auto Generate to create a Merchant PIN.  Be sure to save this value.
  7. Click the Update button to save the Merchant PIN.
  8. Enter the Acct ID, Sub ID, and Merchant PIN into the Paytronix Order & Delivery back end.
