What Printers Do You Recommend?

If you are using our Receipt Printer App and don't already have a receipt printer that you would like to use, we recommend the EPSON TM-T88V. The TM-T88V is sold with a few different port configurations (USB, Ethernet, Serial), so be sure to go with the one that best fits your needs and the layout of your restaurant. We recommend against using serial port printers if possible, though, as this is an older technology and can be tedious to configure at times.

Outside of the receipt printer option and tablet app printer requirements, you can use any printer that is either:

• Connected (via USB, Ethernet, etc.) to a Windows computer at the restaurant that has access to the Internet, or
• Configured to work with your supported POS system (if you have POS integration)
